These Terms of Service apply when you browse, subscribe to, or purchase through the Made Clothing Co. storefront.

Made Clothing Co. is operated by Lemon & Pear Inc., doing business as Made Clothing Co.

By accessing the storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted when it is confirmed through Shopify. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including when:

• A product cannot be produced or fulfilled
• Pricing, product, or availability information was published in error
• Payment cannot be authorized
• An order appears fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful
• The order violates these terms or another published store policy

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the canceled portion will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRICING, AVAILABILITY, AND PAYMENT

Current pricing, product availability, taxes, shipping options, and order totals are displayed through Shopify and Shopify Checkout, which are the authoritative sources for the transaction.

Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. All purchases must be completed through Shopify Checkout.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products are produced individually after purchase.

Because of the nature of garment manufacturing, printing, dyeing, distressing, and washing, minor variations in print placement, measurements, wash tone, texture, or color may occur. These natural production variations are not considered defects when the product otherwise conforms to its description.

Returns, refunds, replacements, claims, and cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, materials, prices, and availability accurately.

Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, lighting, and device settings. We reserve the right to correct product, pricing, or availability errors when discovered.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, payment, contact, and delivery information.

You are responsible for reviewing your selected product, size, color, shipping address, and other order details before submitting payment.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Made Clothing Co. name, branding, original artwork, graphics, product designs, photography, written material, and storefront content are owned by Lemon & Pear Inc. or are used with appropriate permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, exploited, or used commercially without prior written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the storefront:

• For an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• To interfere with the operation or security of the storefront
• To introduce malicious code or harmful material
• To scrape or extract storefront content at scale
• To impersonate another person or provide fraudulent information
• To infringe our rights or the rights of another party

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our storefront relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, production and fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers.

Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The storefront and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for a claim connected to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Lemon & Pear Inc., doing business as Made Clothing Co., harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the storefront or violation of these terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms periodically. The version published when an order is placed will apply to that order.
